Shipping Information
HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are carefully banded and packed by hand in my studio. They travel in a very sturdy hardboard tube to prevent damage via the United States Postal Service.
WHEN DO I GET MY STUFF?
Orders will ship between 1 and 3 business days after payment is received (excluding holidays). Most orders placed within the US will be in transit for an additional 3 to 5 business days. We cannot suggest delivery times for international orders as packages must clear customs and transfer to another country's postal system.
Every item (except stickers and postcards) ships with delivery confirmation, and we'll sendthe tracking number on the same day your package ships.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs vary by location and item. Before paying for your order, the total cost of your order and the shipping fee will show in your cart.
WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Definitely! We ship to most countries.
Please note: Boxing Bear Print Co. is not responsible for customs fees and/or handling fees incurred outside the US. Please familiarize with the policy of your respective country BEFORE ordering, as there will be no reimbursement for these fees.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
While it is rare, some packages get delayed in transit. Therefore, it is our policy not to refund or ship any domestic orders again until 30 days have passed from the date of shipment. Rest assured, we will make sure you receive your order.
I do ship internationally, and I cannot guarantee delivery times because each country is different. Our policy for international orders is to wait 60 days from shipment. If your item does not arrive within 60 days, you have to option to receive a refund of the original purchase price minus the shipping charge or have a new package shipped. If you choose to have your order shipped again, you accept responsibility for the package. There will be no further shipments or refund options available.
